4coach processes the data needed to track progress, and nothing more. This page explains which data and how it is protected.
1.Data processed
Professionals: phone number, name, trade, offers, sessions and recorded payments. Clients: the account holder's number, first and last name as the coach uses them, session measurements and notes.
No photos of people and no precise addresses are collected: location stops at the neighborhood.
2.Isolation
Each professional space is isolated: a professional never sees another's data, even for a shared client. Ambassadors only see aggregated figures.
3.Health data
Measurements such as weight or body measurements never appear in a public link, a showcase page or a technical log.
4.Your rights
You can view, correct and delete your data from the app or on request, and export it from the app (paid plans) or on request to support. A client can withdraw consent to a link at any time.
