Every 4coach Pro account can refer other professionals and earn a commission, on the following terms.
1.Commission
The referrer earns 20% of the net amount collected (after the store's commission) on each of their referrals' subscriptions, for the first 12 months of each paying referral. No commission is due on a mere sign-up or on an account that stays free.
The rate and duration can be adjusted for a referrer, within the limits set by 4coach.
2.Maturation and withdrawals
A commission becomes available 30 days after payment. From 5,000 FCFA, the referrer requests a withdrawal by entering their mobile money number.
Each request is reviewed, then approved or refused with a reason. The payout is made manually and its reference is shared with the referrer.
3.Checks
The referrer's identity is verified before the first payout; the mobile money account name must match. First requests and unusual amounts require a second approval, and a cap applies to the first withdrawals.
Self-referral (same number, device or payment method) is blocked. A commission can be clawed back, with a reason, while it matures — for instance if the store refunds the subscription.
4.Ledger
Earnings are kept in a tamper-proof ledger: a correction is made with a reversing entry, never by editing.
